The Washington County CDA is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing our property management contract, ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and coordinating capital improvements. The ideal candidate has significant property management experience, with the ability to oversee operations, assess performance, and collaborate effectively with management partners. Together, this role will help advance the CDA’s vision by expanding access to affordable housing and strengthening community and economic development across Washington County.
