Minnesota NAHRO is excited to host our Fall Conference. We are busy planning a great agenda with many networking opportunities for you to connect with attendees, including all the events listed below. Registration deadline 8/11/2023.

A Few More Things You Should Know…
- LOCATION: All vendor events take place at the DECC in Duluth, Minnesota
- STAFFING: Staffing during the vendor events is highly recommended…and they are fun!
- SET UP: Begin as early as 11am on Tuesday but no later than 4:00 pm.
- BREAK DOWN: Begins Wednesday after the Vendor events and must be complete by 10 am on Thursday.
- VENDOR PRIZES & CARD: Vendor reception will feature prize giveaways & we will raffle off prizes for those that complete the vendor card.
- SHIPPING INFO: please see the DECC’s website for details or contact our office.
Vendor Packages
- Standard Package – $595 includes up to 2 representatives
- Minnesota Member Package – $465 & includes up to 2 representatives
- Additional Participants – $125 each
Package includes vendor booth, Tuesday and Wednesday night receptions, Wednesday vendor events, recognition in conference website & program, plus the raffle giveaway. Complete details are listed on the vendor flyer provided below.
Lodging & Meals
The registration fee does not include lodging or other meals except for Wednesday lunch.
Lodging room blocks have been secured at several sites near the DECC. To make reservations, please see the details provided on our event website. Be sure to mention that you are attending the Minnesota NAHRO Conference to receive the discount.
