Minnesota NAHRO is excited to host our Fall Conference. We are busy planning a great agenda with many networking opportunities for you to connect with attendees, including all the events listed below.

A FEW MORE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW…
• LOCATION: All vendor events take place at the DECC in Duluth, Minnesota
• STAFFING: Staffing during the vendor events is highly recommended… and it’s fun!
•SET UP: Begin as early as 10am on Wednesday but no later than 3:30pm.
• BREAK DOWN: Begins Thursday after the Vendor events and must be complete by 9pm.
• VENDOR PRIZES & CARD: Vendor reception will feature prize giveaways throughout the reception. We
will raffle off many prizes for those that complete the vendor card & trivia
• SHIPPING INFO: please see DECC website for details or contact our office.
Vendor Packages
- Standard Package – $550 includes up to 2 representatives
- Minnesota Member Package – $425 & includes up to 2 representatives
- Additional Representatives – $40 each
Package includes vendor booth, Monday and Wednesday night receptions, recognition in conference website & program, plus the raffle give away.
Lodging & Meals
The registration fee does not include lodging or other meals.
Lodging room blocks have been secured at properties near the DECC and can be secured with them directly. Be sure to mention that you are attending the Minnesota NAHRO Conference to receive the discount.
