Bring It Home (BIH) Rental Assistance Program
Minnesota NAHRO is committed to supporting housing agencies and program administrators as the Bring It Home (BIH) Rental Assistance program is implemented across the state.
In partnership with Section Eight Associates, Minnesota NAHRO is developing a comprehensive BIH Program Administration Implementation Package designed to assist local agencies with effective, compliant program rollout.
This implementation package will provide practical tools and resources aligned with the BIH Program Guide and tailored for local use. Tentative components of the package include:
Program Administration Tools
A program administrator checklist to support compliance with the BIH Program Guide and local implementation requirements.
Client File Compliance Resources
Rental Unit and Landlord Engagement
Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Components
In addition, Minnesota NAHRO will play an active role in coordinating and communicating program administrator needs, ensuring feedback from the field informs ongoing BIH implementation efforts.
Minnesota NAHRO will continue to update members as additional guidance becomes available and as the BIH Implementation Package is finalized.
