Governor Walz signed into law the state housing bill which includes the phaseout of the state eviction moratorium.ย The law is effective June 30, 2021 and includes many provisions which will impact how HRAs can enforce their leases moving forward.ย We know you have questions so join us for our next HRA & COVID Callย on July 16 at 10am.ย
