Summary
Governor Walz signed into law the state housing bill which includes the phaseout of the state eviction moratorium. The law is effective June 30, 2021 and includes many provisions which will impact how HRAs can enforce their leases moving forward. We know you have questions so join us for our next HRA & COVID Call on July 16 at 10am.
Our timely session will provide an overview of the key provisions of the state EM phaseout and features the legal expertise of Mary Dobbins. She will share what we know about the phaseout and what issues are unclear or may be subject to litigation. As usual, we will provide plenty of time for you to ask your questions and get insights from this state expert.
