Training Overview
This two-day training is designed for both public housing and housing choice vouchers proceedings. Learning outcomes include:
- Apply HUD regulations and PHA policies to real hearing scenarios
- Understand effective hearing and grievance procedures
- Learn when and how to work with 504 coordinators, Legal Aid, and advocacy groups
- Conduct fair, organized appeals and hearings
- Practice writing hearing decisions using regulations and PHA policies
