The Hutchinson Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) seeks qualified applicants for the position of HRA Technician. The position reports to the Executive Director, provides clerical support at both HRA offices, and manages home rehab grant & loan programs.
Requires secondary education in business, community development, construction management, customer service, housing, urban planning, or 1 – 3 years of related work experience. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills, strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills & program record-keeping ability, multi-tasking skills & able to work independently, and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must have a satisfactory criminal background history.
28-hour/week position. Minimum pay rate is $24.411/hour.
