Salary: $54,500 – $71,000 Annually

This position is responsible for the administration of key rental assistance programs including the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV).
Summary of Principal Duties:
- Monitors leasing levels
- Conducts all activities related to the administration of both
federal and state rental assistance programs - Establishes effective working relationships with both
participants and landlords in the county - Interprets and applies both federal and state regulations,
statutes and internal policies governing covered programs - Educates both participants and landlords on program
features - Assists the management team with renewal or new applications for funding and required reporting
- Represents the agency in community meetings
- Works cooperatively with agency staff to advance the mission, goals, and Strategic Plan of the agency
Qualifications:
- Experience with affordable housing programs,
property management, MN Landlord/Tenant Law - 4-years’ post secondary education (preferred)
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn housing
specific software - Highly Detailed-Oriented
- Valid MN Driver’s license
