The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) is
currently seeking a full-time Community Development Director in Wabasha, MN. This position is
responsible for overseeing the writing, administration and execution of all grants.  Manages HRA
grants/programs, as well as capital funds, while directing the activities of consultants, project managers
and other staff at all levels as they relate to the grants program.
