The CDA Scott County CDA is seeking a reliable employee that will serve the public/clients in a fast-paced front desk office environment. Must have experience providing excellent client support, handling large volumes of paperwork, and maintaining confidentially. Must communicate effectively with clients as well as outside service providers, co-workers, or other entities. Excellent coordination and prioritization skills are needed.
A High School Diploma with an AA preferred and 3-5 years of office experience with preferred experience in a social service/non-profit setting working with low income, English as a Second Language or those with physical or mental disabilities.

Hiring salary range of $44,635 to $54,103 (non-exempt). The SC-CDA offers 24 days of PTO per year to start, 12 holidays, generous contribution to retirement plan, professional development opportunities, and competitive health/dental insurance plans.
