Minnesota NAHRO is offering this in person training on rent calculation for public housing and HCV. The 3 day training will be held in Plymouth and an online exam will be available.
The training will be provided by the national experts at Nan McKay and will include all the latest HOTMA updates. See the sample agenda below.

Event Pricing
- 3 Day Training Regular Rate $925 per person
- 3 Day Training with Minnesota NAHRO Discount $825 per person
- Online Exam per person (optional) $175
Location & Lodging Details
Our training will be held at the Comfort Inn Plymouth located in Plymouth, Minnesota at the intersection of Highway 55 and Interstate 494 in the West Metro.
The nightly rate is $110 per night plus taxes if you mention that you are a part of the MN NAHRO training. The room block closes 6/24/2024 and additional lodging options are available nearby. Reserve your lodging directly online using the link below or by calling 763-559-1222.
Meals are not included but a restarant is located on site as well as many others nearby.
Registration
Minnesota NAHRO Event Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].
- Refunds: Registration fees are refundable less a $100 per person administrative charge if notification is received no later than 5:00 p.m. 15 days prior to the start of the training.
- No refunds will be permitted within 15 days prior to the start of the training. You may send a substitute attendee to the same event for which you registered but can no longer attend. Please inform us in writing of any substitutions at least 5 business days prior to the start of the event.
- Advance registration and full payment are required in order to be admitted to the training. We may not be able to hold your spot if full payment is not received prior to the event.
