FREE MEMBER BENEFIT - Minnesota NAHRO’s "Housing Matters!" Series

Minnesota NAHRO is excited to continue our online series tailored specifically for HRA staff including maintenance personnel and property managers. Our 2026 “Housing Matters!” series will feature issues unique to HRA residential property personnel.

WHEN: Our quarterly calls will be 2 hours at most beginning at 10am on the 4th Thursday in January, April, July, & October

TOPICS: Our sessions will feature subject matter experts who will share their best practices & strategies to deal with the unique challenges faced by HRA staff and affordable housing residential property personnel.

Topic: PIC Tips, Tricks, & Fundamentals with Mary Hirsch-Justice of Housing Data Systems

Do you have PIC data that needs to be cleaned up? Frustrated with PIC Error Dashboard messages? Want to better understand 50058 action types? Or would a review of PIC basics help? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our January Housing Matters! online session is for you! Our popular Housing Matters! Series returns in 2026 and we kick off the new year with this free benefit for Minnesota NAHRO members.

Learn about this important reporting system presented by Mary Hirch Justice. If you have any PIC issues, questions, or concerns, we will ensure time to ask questions and hear from this national PIC expert. Come prepared to ask your questions that are specific to your agency as we will have plenty of time for Q&A!
