NEW FOR 2025 & FREE MEMBER BENEFIT - Minnesota NAHROโ€™s "Housing Matters!" Series

Minnesota NAHRO is excited to launch our 2025 online series tailored specifically for HRA staff including maintenance personnel and property managers. Our 2025 โ€œHousing Matters!โ€ series will feature issues unique to HRA residential property personnel.

WHEN: Our quarterly calls will be 2 hours at most with our fourth event October 23rd at 10am. This will be the last call for our 2025 series, but we plan to continue these calls in 2026!

TOPICS: Our sessions will feature subject matter experts who will share their best practices & strategies to deal with the unique challenges faced by HRA staff and affordable housing residential property personnel.

Focus:ย Presentation by David Huntley, Senior Consultant at Terch & Associates Consulting LLC, covering the ins and outs of Paid Family Leave with time for Q&A. We will also hear from Carla Goodwin, PERIS Foundation, who will discuss their Home Stories Initiative project.
