Join us for a check-in with members as Minnesota Housing reviews due-diligence materials and begins sending out Bring It Home program contracts!
Where Things Stand
- Minnesota Housing has posted forms on their website for Bring It Home (BIH) program tenant based vouchersย
- For those who have completed their due diligence items, Minnesota Housing has started to send out contracts
- We are still waiting to see a number ofย importantย items includingย the Project Based Voucher HAP Contractย and the Project Based Voucher requirements.ย ย
- We also need greater clarification on the reporting andย data collection requirements as we anticipate this new program will be audited.
As a result, aย number ofย our membersย have determined that theyย needย toย reviewย these outstanding items beforeย signing the contract andย moving forward with local implementation of the program.ย This is especially true for those who plan to project base a portion of their vouchers. In light of the current dynamic, we want to provide an opportunity for our members to share information, discuss local implementation, and compare strategies.ย
