The Housing Authority (HRA) of Montgomery seeks a full-time Executive Director to manage the low-rent housing units and oversee the overall operation of the HRA.
Under general direction of the HRA Board, the position involves establishing and enforcing policies; determining eligibility and continued occupancy of residents; budget management and collection of rent; preparation of the monthly board agenda; and supervision over Maintenance Technician.
Salary range is $43,306 to $53,853 depending on qualifications, plus benefits.
