Washington County Community Development Agency (CDA) has just the position for
you! We’re looking for our next Housing Assistance Director to lead our growing rental
assistance program. The ideal candidate is well-versed on the Housing Choice Voucher
and other rental assistance programs, has proven strategies to maximize program
utilization, and leads with empathy.
The Housing Assistance Director is a pivotal position for the CDA. It is through their
compliance monitoring, in-depth knowledge of regulations, and engaging leadership that
our agency is successful and has a positive impact on the lives of our program
participants. In the coming year, the Housing Assistance Director will lead the
implementation of our new Moving to Work designation, the launch of Yardi’s Rent Café
platform, and the creation of a Project Based Voucher program for repositioned Public
Housing units.
