SALARY RANGE: $78,000 – $85,000
Responsible for the operation and decision making within the guidelines, policies and mandates as established by the US Housing and Urban Development and supported by the Worthington HRA Board of Commissioners. Minimum Qualifications: Five years’ experience in housing management, finance or related field; bachelor’s degree in Housing, Business, Public Administration, Social Work or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of education and experience. Must have or be able to get Public Housing Manager Certification within 12 months of hire date. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
