Washington County Community Development Agency is actively seeking a Community Development Project Manager I with a focus on construction and development activities.

Project Manager I (PMI) support a variety of programs and projects that advance community development and affordable housing initiatives in Washington County. PMIs focused on construction and development work closely with contractors and clients of the home improvement loan program to implement rehabilitation projects on single-family homes. PMIs are also routinely involved with capital improvement projects throughout the CDA’s portfolio of 1100+ affordable rental units. Additionally, PMIs contribute to new housing initiatives and collaborations with local partners to undertake significant redevelopment in Washington County communities.

This position works independently on the budgeting, design, procurement, and implementation of their assigned projects. PMIs communicate with homeowners; complete site inspections; develop scopes of work; procure contracts for construction; and oversee work by contractors. PMIs also support department activities related to site acquisition; finance applications; and compliance oversight. The hiring range for this position is $30.63 – $37.27/hr. based on experience.
