New Frontiers: How Minnesota’s New Landlord Tenant Laws Impact HRAs – Nov 6th

This year, Minnesota lawmakers made the most substantial changes to the stateโ€™s Landlord/Tenant laws in over 165 years. Most of these new provisions will be effective January 1, 2024 so join us for a review of new landlord tenant law changes and legal developments impacting HRAs. This session will focus on the legal issues that will impact HRAs for both the Section 8 and Public Housing Programs.
