Carver Oaks is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development that will offer 43 quality, affordable homes for senior households in the community. This project represents more than just new housing, it reflects the commitment to ensuring older adults in Carver County have safe, stable, and welcoming places to call home.
