As an Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in effectively managing Accessible Space, Inc.’s (ASI) properties. This involves ensuring that all move-ins and certifications comply with HUD regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume housing intake or leasing experience
- Rent calculations
- Two years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in standard administrative functions
- Strong computer and data processing skills, top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and knowledge of Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC are a plus
