High Perfomance Management with National NAHRO
This course is targeted to supervisors and managers seeking to enhance their understanding of how they can and will impact the performance of people, systems, and policies. During this training, attendees will analyze and learn about their individual behavior style, communication style, and values. The information and knowledge gained through the process will be used to empower, inspire, and enhance their team’s performance.
Managing and supervising require unique sets of knowledge, skills, and competencies. High-Performance Management training will provide attendees with key knowledge and skills to create and maintain effective and productive teams. Attendees will have the opportunity to experiment with critical tools and techniques to effectively manage and supervise their teams.
As part of this training, attendees will receive a link to complete the TTI DISC assessment ($85 value!). Attendees will complete the assessment and receive their personal DISC assessment report prior to the first day of the retreat. The DISC assessment report provides insight into personal behavioral style. Learning about their personal style and the styles of those they work with, attendees can improve communication, increase understanding, and improve overall performance. During this class, we’ll explore each individual DISC style and how it can help each attendee become a High Performance Manager.

Event Overview
Event begins Thursday at 8:30am and adjourns Friday by 1pm. Meals to be provided include lunch on both Thursday and Friday.
