HOME ARP Allocations Announced
Minnesota Housing & other HOME primary jurisdictions recevied news of their HOME allocation under the American Rescue Plan (ARP). Join us at our Spring Conference to learn how on how these funds can be used to address homelessness.

HUD Sees Large Increase Proposed for FY22
This week President Biden unveiled topline details of his upcoming FY 2022 budget proposal, calling for a 15 percent increase to HUD funding and a broad expansion of vouchers. Help Your Tenants & Landlords Get Ready for RentHelpMN
Eligible Minnesota renters can receive help with rent and utility bills dated on or after March 13, 2020. Eligible households includes those who receive federal assistance but have failed to pay their portion of rent. Use this link to access the “Get Ready” checklists provided by Minnesota Housing. Please let your tenants and landlords know about these resources and that the program will be launching “soon.”
