The Hutchinson Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) seeks qualified applicants for the
position of HRA Technician. The position reports to the Executive Director, manages home
rehab grant & loan programs, and provides clerical support and support to Park Towers.
Requires secondary education in business, community development, customer service, housing,
urban planning, or 1 – 3 years of related work experience. Must have excellent customer
service, ability to deal effectively and courteously with the public, strong attention-to-detail,
organizational skills and program record-keeping ability, time management and multi-tasking
skills and able to work independently, communication skills, working knowledge of word
processing, spreadsheets and database software. Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation required.
32-hour/week position with full benefit package. Minimum pay rate is $20.67/hour.
