The Scott County Community Development Agency (SC-CDA) in Shakopee, MN, is currently seeking a full-time Property Manager (Housing Specialist-Project Based) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of affordable rental properties and administering various rent subsidy programs. Regular travel required to properties located across Scott County. The position will monitor and enforce lease and program requirements, complete interim and annual rental assistance reviews and updates, ensure accurate and timely reporting of rental and household data, work with residents to resolve complaints and issues and lead resident meetings.
Qualifications:
Equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business administration, social work, or related field and moderate experience serving diverse populations in housing program administration or property rental and leasing.
Hiring salary range for this position: $27.89-$33.80/hour.
