The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) is currently seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer/Fiscal Director in Wabasha, MN. This position is responsible for overseeing all fiscal operations at SEMMCHRA and providing limited supervision of the rental assistance operations. The CFO is a key position for ensuring the agency is utilizing funds optimally and responsibly – from financing to capital to grant operations. This position provides variety and exposure to many housing programs, funders, and boards. SEMMCHRA is seeking an individual who is a self-starter, able to apply accounting & business principles, make sound fact-based recommendations, and work with the CEO to manage SEMMCHRA programs
