Position Opening: Assistant Voucher Manager
Accountable To: Housing Director
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $22.01 to $31.24
Hiring Range: $22.01 to $24.76 DOQ
Benefits: Employee will be eligible for all HRA benefits as a full-time employee- Medical, Dental,

Position Summary: The Assistant Voucher Manager, under the supervision of the Housing
Director, provides for the efficient operation of the agency’s voucher programs.
Essential Duties Include: Ensure the efficient and successful operation of the agency’s Housing
Choice Voucher Program, Bridges Program and other voucher programs. The full Job

Licensing Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to secure a Housing
Choice Voucher Rent Certification and Housing Quality Standards Certification within 18 months
of hire date (training and test provided by HRA).
