This has been a year unlike any other but because of our members, Minnesota NAHRO has been able to deliver on our mission throughout the pandemic and civil unrest. This notice provides guidance for Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections using Remote Video Inspections (RVIs) including guidance on each of the 4 phases & whether PHAs need to update their administrative plan before incorporating new technology into their HQS inspections.
