Request for Proposals For Legal Services

The Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Authority) is inviting interested law firms with experience representing housing and redevelopment authorities to submit written proposals to provide legal services for the Authority. The Authority is seeking proposals from firms practicing in the areas of public finance, real estate, property management, government relations, and appellate law.
