The Rice County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is soliciting proposals for a
builder of eight (8) single-family homes in the Twin Oaks subdivision in Faribault, Minnesota.
Twin Oaks is a twenty-two lot subdivision created to provide affordable homeownership
options for households earning less than 115% of area median income. Information about the

Scope of Work
The successful project will address the following needs:
● Affordable housing opportunities for households earning up to 80% state median income
● Efficient use of the location
● Comply with all building and Impact Fund requirements
● Contribute to the goal of workforce housing community
● Innovative solutions/alternatives to address and reduce construction costs and ongoing
maintenance for homebuyers
