Real Estate Development Financial Consultant RFP – HRA of Duluth

Due February 16th, 2024. 4:30pm CST.

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth, Minnesota (HRA) is seeking proposals
from consultants to provide services in the development of Low Income Housing Tax Credit
(LIHTC), Housing Infrastructure Bond (HIB), or other Minnesota Housing funding applications.
Services shall include development of financing plans for new construction or substantial
rehabilitation housing development and redevelopment in Duluth, Minnesota. To obtain a
