The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) is currently seeking a full-time Property Manager in Wabasha, MN. This position is responsible for the management of HRA owned properties that includes filling vacancies, executing and enforcing leases, evictions, property inspections, rent collection and recertification of eligibility. Must have the ability to interact on a professional level with individuals from diverse backgrounds and show sensitivity when assisting people of all income levels.
