Property Manager – Duluth HRA

The Duluth Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has an opening for a full-time Property Manager. We are looking for a self-motivated person who is thorough, reliable, and has experience with the administration, management, maintenance, day-to-day functions, and capital improvement of a group of rental properties owned by the HRA, including supervision of staff, budgeting, and the enforcement of policies and lease provisions, as well as performing hands-on direct duties required to ensure optimal management of assigned properties; who is a problem solver that works well independently or in a team, and has strong customer service skills.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to: manage and coordinate all of the administrative activities of the assigned HRA rental properties and programs; manage, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities including planning and managing all preventive, routine, and non-routine maintenance for assigned properties; and plan and coordinate capital improvements for assigned properties.
