The Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) is seeking a full-time Program Support Assistance in the Property Management Department.
The Program Support Assistant in the Dakota County Community Development Agency’s (CDA) Property Management Department assists with all aspects of the maintenance work order systems including evaluating and dispatching work orders and performing administration of the work order database system. The CDA’s Property Management team oversees the leasing, management and maintenance of over 2,900 units of affordable housing that serve individuals, families, seniors and youth.

Hiring Range: $17.43 – $20.67 per hour (DOQ)

Work Hours & Location: Monday – Friday flexible schedule (start time between 7-9) with the ability to work up to two days remote upon completion of probation.
The Program Support Assistant will also provide administrative assistance to the Maintenance Manager and Program Manager on related functions and to others within the agency as assigned.
