The Scott County Community Development Agency (CDA) is seeking a full-time
Human Resources Manager, which is a new position at an exciting time within our

Looking for a people-oriented individual who thrives on creating connections across
an organization and is passionate about supporting a workplace culture aligned
with Scott County CDA priorities and core values to develop and oversee all aspects
of human resource practices, policies and processes and ensure compliance with
employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or
commensurate on-the-job experience. Considerable knowledge and experience of
human resources methods, practices, policies and legal requirements.
Hiring salary range is $76,038.99 to $92,168.48 annually. The CDA offers 24 days of
PTO per year to start, 13 holidays, generous contributions to the retirement plan,
professional development opportunities, and competitive health/dental insurance plans.
