Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
Red Wing, Minnesota, population of 16,443, is just 45 minutes from Minneapolis/St. Paul and Rochester, Minnesota. Red Wing HRA provides housing opportunities to elderly, disabled, and family households in the City of Red Wing through a number of local, state, and federal programs. In addition, they provide community redevelopment programs to assist in the development of businesses and their properties in Red Wing.
Red Wing HRA works in close partnership with City of Red Wing, Red Wing Port Authority, Red Wing Chamber of Commerce, Red Wing Convention & Visitors Bureau, Red Wing Downtown Mainstreet, Goodhue County, and Red Wing Ignite (providing infrastructure that enables entrepreneurship and innovation).
Is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Commissioners.
A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or real estate, and demonstrated experience in housing management, community development, public administration, or a closely related field. Possess the National Development Council (NDC) Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) Certification within four years of employment. Desired qualifications include Public Housing Manager (PHM) Certification, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Specialist Certification, and a master’s degree.
