Salary Range: $110,000 โ€“ $130,000

Position Summary:
For more than two decades, CLCLT has been redefining what homeownership means in Minneapolis โ€“ building pathways to stability, wealth, and community through permanently affordable homes. Founded by neighbors and rooted in equity, CLCLT ensures that families who have been historically excluded from the housing market can own a home and build a future that lasts.

CLCLT seeks a visionary and grounded leader as its next Executive Director to guide the organization into its next era of impact. Alongside the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will shape CLCLTโ€™s strategic direction, strengthen community and funding partnerships, and champion the organizationโ€™s mission of creating community ownership that preserves affordability and inclusivity.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a nationally recognized model for housing justice, steward a talented and passionate team, and amplify the voice of community-driven solutions in Minneapolis and beyond.
