Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000

For more than two decades, CLCLT has been redefining what homeownership means in Minneapolis – building pathways to stability, wealth, and community through permanently affordable homes. Founded by neighbors and rooted in equity, CLCLT ensures that families who have been historically excluded from the housing market can own a home and build a future that lasts.
CLCLT seeks a visionary and grounded leader as its next Executive Director to guide the organization into its next era of impact. Alongside the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will shape CLCLT’s strategic direction, strengthen community and funding partnerships, and champion the organization’s mission of creating community ownership that preserves affordability and inclusivity.
