This full-time position will assist the Community Development Group by assisting with lead requests, develop and maintain marketing materials, conduct community outreach efforts, and will track and monitor clients in various databases. This position will also plan and coordinate events including securing venues, getting refreshments, and registering participants. Must communicate effectively with public, as well as outside service providers, co-workers, or other entities. Excellent coordination and prioritization skills are needed.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate/Technical degree with coursework in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field and 1-3 years experience assisting with marketing and community outreach operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications include: Experience with some type of illustrator software and any certification in marketing or social media.
Hiring salary range of $44,635-$54,103 (non-exempt). The SC-CDA offers 24 days of PTO per year to start, 12 holidays, generous contribution to retirement plan, professional development opportunities, and competitive health/dental insurance plans.
