Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $22.01 to $31.24 DOQ
Hiring Range: $22.01 to $24.76 DOQ
Benefits: Employee will be eligible for all HRA benefits as a full-time employee- Medical, Dental,

100% paid by employer, Health Savings – up to $4,600 paid by employer, 401a Retirement – 8%

Position Summary: The Assistant Property Manager, under the supervision of the Housing
Director, provides for the efficient operation of the agency’s owned and managed properties.

Licensing Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to secure a Rent
Calculation Certification within 18 months of hire date (training and test provided by HRA)
