Washington County Community Development Agency is actively seeking a Community Development Project Manager II with a focus on construction and real estate development activities.

Project Manager II (PMII) oversee a variety of programs and projects that support community development and affordable housing in Washington County. PMIIs focused on construction and development routinely work with contractors and design professionals to implement major rehabilitation and capital improvement projects throughout the CDA’s portfolio of 1100+ affordable rental units. Additionally, PMIIs play a lead role in new housing initiatives and partnerships to undertake significant redevelopment in Washington County communities.

PMIIs work independently on the budgeting, financing, design, procurement, and implementation of their assigned projects and oversee work by outside consultants and professionals. PMIIs are routinely involved with essential functions that include site inspections; project planning; contract procurement; construction management; site acquisition; design and planning review; finance applications; deal structuring; and compliance oversight. The hiring range for this position is $35.07 – $42.67/hr. based on experience.
