The City of Plymouth is seeking a Housing Coordinator. At the City of Plymouth, we all work

The Housing Coordinator will assist in the development and administration of housing
programs. Provide technical, analytical and professional support to the Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and to the department as assigned by supervisor.
Additional functions of this position:
– Administer and coordinate city and HRA approved housing assistance, rehabilitation and
community development programs to ensure compliance with contractual
requirements, adopted budgets, regulations and policies.
– Administer and coordinate city participation in the Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) program.
– Advise and make recommendations to supervisor, HRA, advisory committees and City
Council regarding programs and activities related to housing within the city.
Pay range is $32.86 – $44.83 hourly, depending on qualifications.
