Northwest Minnesota Multi-County HRA is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Community Development Specialist. Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, located in Mentor, MN. This highly responsible and varied position involves performing specific tasks at a professional level to plan and execute the various housing rehab programs and community development activities conducted by the HRA throughout northwestern MN. Under the direction of the Community Development Coordinator and or the Executive Director, the Community Development Specialist solicits applications, reviews, designs and implements projects within specified timelines. Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with minimum direct supervision, exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
